Not all high-performance offices are built from a single source.
At the Ministry of Investment in Khobar, the ambition was to deliver a workspace that reflects quality, consistency, and long-term value. Yet the real opportunity lay beyond conventional sourcing approaches.
Furniture procurement is often defined by a trade-off—local for efficiency, or European for design and durability. This project set out to challenge that assumption.
The objective was clear: create a cohesive office environment by combining locally sourced and European furniture, without compromising on performance, aesthetics, or reliability. More importantly, it was about demonstrating that locally sourced products—when carefully selected—can meet the same durability standards, including a 5-year warranty, typically associated with European brands.
This was not just a supply exercise. It was a deliberate strategy to prove that with the right balance, coordination, and expertise, different markets can come together to deliver a unified, high-quality workplace.
